Joanna Chan,

Joanna joined the Pinder Mastel Wealth Management team in May 2025 as a Licensed Financial Advisor Assistant. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has completed her Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), and Personal Financial Planner (PFP) courses.

In her role, Joanna supports the team with administrative operations, client trade execution, and the management of private placements. She is known for her strong attention to detail, efficiency, and dedication to delivering exceptional client service. Joanna consistently goes above and beyond to ensure client needs are met promptly and with care.

Outside of the office, Joanna is passionate about travel, golf, and dogs. She is also an active volunteer with the Central Alberta Humane Society, where she enjoys spending time walking and playing with shelter dogs.
